Civaṉ who is in arāppaḷḷi where in the desirable slopes the cool flowers of the east indian kino tree of spreading colour appears like pure gold
rejoices in having a young lady on one half
will consume the poison
will also receive alms in the skull
who is able to understand his actions properly?

Siva, who dwells in thiruc-cirAppaLLi where Indian Kino trees in full bloom with bright yellow flowers abound on the desirable cool slopes of the hill, is full of contradictions! He is source of all wealth. He has Parvathi as his one half. He eats poison. He holds Brahma\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s skull and begs for alms. Who can understand His actions!
