Translation:

people of this world who do not know any word by way of reply to the god of death!
when your house-holder`s life comes to an end and before the god of death comes to you to snatch away your life.
if you are capable of worshipping Puḷḷirukkuvēḷūr the wrath of the god of death will gradually descrease and completely disappear.
you understand this.
