Translation:

shining with the brilliant garland of skulls by the side of the caṭai where the cool Kaṅkai stays.
wearing a bright crescent the city desired by Civaṉ who has Umai as his half.
when the female bee which heard the singing of the indian cuckoo which flutter wings on account of cold.
is Naṉipaḷḷi where the white cranes stay in the evening in the cool gardens.
