தொண்டர்க்கு நாயகமும்
பாதகத் துக்குப் பரிசுவைத் தானுக்கே

Translation:

For Chandesa who felled his father`s legs with an axe
Lord accorded a shrine enshrined
For celestials and terrestrials to worship him;
Besides He gave him the offering, the fair wreath
Worn on crest and named Him Chandan
The president of all servitors. And thus
He credited his treacherous deed. May we
Hail Him our Lord to abide Eternal Eons.
