Translation:

one who has no blemish one who made the cities of the enemies to be consumed by red fire, with the help of a beautiful bow.
one who wear cobras living in any-hills.
the sins of those who are capable of holding as their support Puḷḷirukkuvēlūr of that god, will vanish.
