Translation:

Civaṉ who is the right conduct!
I do not know even thinking of other paths except thinking of you only.
who chanted the four vētams.
who cut off with the nail only one head of Piramaṉ who had knowledge of the vētams.
the first cause who dwells in tiruvāṉmiyūr which does not know damage.
