the city desired by Civaṉ who pressed with his toe the strength and the shoulders which were stronger than a round stone, of the Arakkaṉ who has bright curved teeth, a sword bringing victory and vēl, and who did not esteem Civaṉ, to become injured.
is Naṉipaḷḷi where the devotees who have good qualities worship his feet praising all the time the nature of Civaṉ who is without anything equal to him in the lower worlds and the upper worlds
