Siva is the Saviour

I am higgledy-piggledy; hence this question.
Great ones should clarify without sneering.
If it is said that I am one with You who are
Beyond manam and speech, how can that be true?
You have ineluctably caused my incarnation
In a cavernous body compact of seven Daatus
And nine orifices; yet You cause my volition,
Knowledge and thought to operate in my cribbed,
Cabined and confined condition.
This indeed is a marvel. Let it be so.
Whatever are wrought by the utterances.
Of my mouth, by the thoughts of my manam
And by the acts of my mobile body constitute
My Karma – good and bad. These You take note of
And impartially provide for me the time
And place for my experiencing the consequences.
You are therefore a righteous Judge.
The doings of the wise do not cause tohu-bohu;
It is the muddled ones who cause befuddlement.
Pat on the advent of my iruvinai-oppu,
You manifested before me to initiate me
And to perform Your diksha, You first cleansed
My adhvas to which stood clinging my residual Karma.
By this, what did You actually expel from me?
What befalls the deeds that I commit while I
Still undergo my praarabda? Who should eat
The consequences of such deeds? I should not,
As I stand denuded of my iruvinai.
If You still hold me responsible for my deeds,
It is not fair at all. O Pupil of my eye!
O the source of Gnosis! O Meikanda Deva
Of Vennainallur! So cause Your Grace to work
That I should gain deliverance and suffer
No longer by troublous embodiment.
