Translation:

about this person who gladly resides in Piramāpuram who can lead one in the path of obtaining eternal bliss, that Piramāpuram which has a natural tank of lotus flowers deriving its name from Piramaṉ who is well versed in the Maṟai (Vētam) which has laid down many difficult ways of reaching god.
the accumulated karmam in several previous birth of those who are able to recite the Tamiḻ verses which show the beautiful path; which were composed by Ñāṉacampantaṉ who realized god by fixing his mind and focusing his thoughts on him, will easily vanish.
